Because our products are made in small batches and for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We also don’t offer refunds based on personal scent preferences or sensitivities. The sales are final. Every product listing includes a full ingredient list—please take a moment to check for any known allergens or ingredient preferences before placing your order. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s a legitimate issue with your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right!
