All of our products are handcrafted in small batches and subject to availability. Natural variations in color, texture, or scent may occur—that’s the charm of artisan work. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only, and while we strive for accuracy, we can’t guarantee they are error-free.
Please always read ingredient lists, patch test before use, and discontinue if irritation occurs. Our products are for external use only.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in the currency shown on our site and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. (international shipping coming soon).
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. Standard domestic shipping takes 5–8 business days (free over $50). Expedited options are available. International delivery times vary (7–21 business days).
We do our best to ship quickly, but we can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t issue refunds for scent preferences or sensitivities.
If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
